The base rate is $250 per 55 min session, but most of my clients pay between $50-90 per session after reaching their deductible. Use the Free Therapy Reimbursement Calendar above or Mentaya Tool below to check your out-of-network benefits.
We know starting therapy can be difficult, and we are committed to making this process as easy as possible for you. Once you book your free consultation, we will provide the steps to receive an official cost estimate email. This includes how to upload your insurance information to our patient portal and we will check your out-of-network coverage for you. We can then discuss the billing process and answer any cost-related questions during the consultation. We are an out-of-network agency and we accept most insurance plans.

People can save roughly 30% on therapy by using HSA/FSA cards because these funds are contributed pre-tax, reducing taxable income. By using this money for qualified therapy, you avoid paying federal, state, and payroll taxes on the amount spent, effectively buying therapy for 20-30% less than if using post-tax bank income.

How Billing works
We collect payment each session by charging the session fee to your credit card (or HSA/FSA card) kept on file in our patient portal. To save you the hassle, we will submit the claim to your insurance company for you, and your insurance will then reimburse you directly according to your coverage. You can also use our free Insurance Cost Estimate tool to find out what your insurance will reimburse.

Cancellation Policy
Out of respect for the shared therapeutic space, we require 24 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. Please note that late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a $125 fee.
We recommend calling your insurance provider to learn more about your out-of-network benefits by asking questions such as the following:
1. Do I have out-of-network coverage for psychotherapy (aka counseling or behavioral health)?
2. Do I have a deductible that needs to be reached in order to receive reimbursements? How much is it?
3. Once my deductible is reached, how much will my copay/coinsurance be?
4. Is there a limit to the number of sessions I can do in a calendar year?
5. Do I need to do anything for pre-authorization before my first session?
6. When does my plan renew? Will my deductible start over at that point?
7. Do I have an out-of-pocket max? If so, what is it? Do my out of network expenses count towards my out-of-pocket max? If my out-of-pocket max is reached, are my sessions covered in full?
